Tied up punts

Many applicants know that they want the best, but when it comes to deciding between Oxford and Cambridge, the differences aren't very apparent. Both are world-class educational institutions with beautiful colleges, outstanding facilities, a supervision/tutorial style of teaching and cutting-edge research centres. However, a decision must be made. There are very few undergraduates who are eligible to apply for both.

Although some students find the decision an easy one (swayed by a particular course, college or experience), if you are not one of them, there are differences between the institutions which it is useful to be aware of. In this resource, we explain some of those differences, including how different grade profiles can have an impact, and we've also spoken to some of our Oxbridge-graduate tutors to ask them what swayed their decision.
